Praise Chapel “Dambana ng Pagpupuri” Hilltop in San Pablo/Richmond was opened on October 1, 1995 by Pastor Marcelo Earl and Nanette Mores Patino originally from Placer, Surigao del Norte and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro in the Philippines respectively, now naturalized citizens residing in San Pablo CA.

Earl & Nanette along with their three children: Aimee. Arne and Jack Paul arrived in San Francisco on January 27, 1994 with the intention of starting the Filipino Ministry in the Bay Area. With the vision of WIN -ning disciples to the Lord; BUILD - ing them into spiritually mature men and women and SEND - ing them into the harvest fields of the world to fulfill the Great Commission.

Since its inception, Praise Chapel "Dambana ng Pagpupuri" has planted daughter churches in Antioch (now recalled) and Vallejo and granddaughter church in Vacaville.
